Ingredients

  • Maida 250 gram


  • Baking soda - 5 gram


  • Cauliflower - 250 gram


  • Cumin - 10 gram


  • Ginger - 10 gram


  • Turmeric - 5 gram


  • Mustard oil - 20 gram


  • Red chilly powder - 5 gram

Directions

  • POORI Take maida and add baking soda and water to make a dough and cover it with a wet water for half hour. Then make small balls and give the shape of thin poori and deep fry in very hot oil CAULIFLOWER Cut cauliflower into pieces and then fry it. Remove the fried cauliflower from oil. Now pour some cumin seeds in heated oil and add cumin paste, ginger paste, turmeric, chilly powder , salt and saute till oil seperates. Now add the fried cauliflower and saute for few minutes. Add water and boil till cauliflower becomes tender. Remove from flame and serve hot
